The Acer Aspire One Netbook. First impressions from Computex 2008
And yes you can download music, It’s a full fledged laptop in a compact size. You will need to buy an external usb disc drive for dvd and cd. This little laptop runs a stripped down version of Linux known as Linpus, but is very easy to use. You can also install Windows XP (or Vista if you are brave) indeed some people dual boot between Operating Systems.

Just bought one of these little babies for my dad as a christmas present. Awesome little computers! Very powerful for their size!

I bought the 120gb Linux version from Amazon as it was cheaper than the XP version. I then installed Windows XP Pro on it. Works very well, very pleased.

HIGHLY recommend the Linux version. It is much smoother than the XP version, because the system is not exactly built for power. (though it it relatively powerful)
